What it costs
Following changes to the provision of Legal Aid in April 2013, there are limited areas in which Legal Aid is available. The firm does offer Legal Aid in respect to some family matters. Further information can be obtained from the Family department.
Otherwise, we are able to offer a number of different payment plans, including fixed fees, for all other areas of work. Terms and conditions of payment can be discussed with the relevant department. We will always discuss costs with you before commencing work to ensure that you are fully aware of the costs involved in your particular case.
