Ross Siviter

Ross is a Solicitor with the firm having obtained a first class law degree from the University of the West of England as well as a masters degree from Bristol University. He joined the practice in July 2010 as a Trainee Solicitor, qualifying in September 2012.

Ross deals with residential freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions within the property team, as well as a large amount of commercial sale and purchases and commercial leases for businesses and for individuals. He also deals with transfers of equity, re-mortgages, shared ownership transactions and newbuild purchases, including where Help to Buy finance is required.

To assist with this, Ross previously spent a great deal of time within the litigation team dealing with property disputes and housing problems ranging from all sorts of landlord and tenant queries including tenancy deposits and nuisance complaints to dealing with social housing, mortgage and rental repossessions as well as homelessness matters.

He therefore has a wide range of knowledge when it comes to both the sale and purchase of properties in the local area and beyond, as well as those in the rental sector.

Having now built up a substantial client base (a great many of those clients being recommended by previous clients), his approach of dealing with client matters efficiently yet thoroughly right from the start and throughout the transaction, whilst maintaining a friendly, yet professional attitude has put him in good stead, with many clients having returned to him again and again over the years.

Ross is supported by his assistant, Caroline Moore who now has more than 30 years’ experience in conveyancing, having joined the practice in 2007. Together, they ensure that all transactions are dealt with quickly by making sure that all telephone calls and emails are returned promptly and the client kept informed as much as possible at all stages of the process.
