Katy Mickler

Katy is a Licensed Conveyancer and Probate Practitioner and specialises in all aspects of residential property matters, including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, shared ownership properties, those being purchased with assistance from various Help to Buy schemes, transfers of equity and remortgages.  Katy also acts for commercial clients in the purchase or sale of premises, commercial mortgages and the granting of new leases for developers as well as advising clients in relation to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration. 

Katy qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in March 2006, having studied by distance learning whilst working as a secretary/assistant in a conveyancing department in a small local firm.

She gained the Probate Practitioner qualification also by distance learning in March 2010. 

She joined Gareth Webb & Co in October 2006 as Head of the Conveyancing Department, before becoming a partner in August 2010 when the firm became an LLP.  Katy now heads up the entire non-contentious side of the firm, with the support of a fantastic team.

Katy has a breadth of experience in these specialist fields and can offer guidance and support to clients at what can be a difficult and stressful time.
